Das Konzert von ENTER SHIKARI am 04.02.22 im Palladium ist abgesagt.
Künstlerstatement:
It is with great regret that we have been forced to cancel the forthcoming European tour. As the time has progressed it has been become abundantly clear that due to a mixture of Covid problems, venue capacity restrictions, curfews and travel implications, that the tour simply cannot go ahead as planned.
Rescheduling the dates under the current uncertain circumstances, not to mention lack of venue availability, is also proving virtually impossible, so we have taken the sad decision to cancel the dates outright. Refunds are now possible for all shows from point of purchase.
As a band and team we have never taken any cancellation lightly, so we are deeply disappointed not to be able to play these shows as planned, but we have no alternative on this occasion.
We are incredibly saddened not to be able to see you this time around in these venues, and thank you for both your understanding and your continued support. We will endeavour to return as soon as possible so please keep an eye on our site for news of shows. We will return …

[Nachdem die Tour von Enter Shikari vor Kurzem in den Januar und Februar 2022 verlegt wurde, bestätigt die Band nun zwei weitere Termine in Münster und Hannover. Darüber hinaus wurde das Konzert in Hamburg aus der Grossen Freiheit 36 in die Markthalle verlegt und ist ab sofort ausverkauft.
Alle bereits erworbenen Tickets behalten für die Nachholtermine ihre Gültigkeit.]

[Nachdem die exklusive und für den April geplante Album-Launch-Show von Enter Shikari in Hamburg aufgrund der Veranstaltungsverbote abgesagt werden musste, wird nun auch die für den Dezember geplante Tour zum sechsten Studioalbum „Nothing is True & Everything is Possible“ in den Mai 2021 verlegt. Erfreulicherweise wurde im Zuge dessen auch ein Nachholtermin für das Konzert in Hamburg gefunden. Dieses wird im zweiten Teil der Europatour im September 2021 stattfinden. Alle bereits erworbenen Tickets behalten ihre Gültigkeit. 

Frontmann Rou Reynolds: 
„We’re gutted to have to reschedule all our shows to 2021. 
This means we won‘t be stepping on a stage in 2020 whatsoever. This is agonising – I’m already climbing the walls and we’re only half way through! 

I suppose it just means more time to work on these shows and make them extra special for when they finally come along. 
Ally Pally now falling on a Saturday in summer means we’ll certainly be looking at ways to make that more of an ‚event‘.

Mitte April erscheint mit „Nothing is True & Everything is Possible“ das sechste Studioalbum von Enter Shikari. Ursprünglich wollten die Briten ihre neue Platte am 15. April live in Hamburg präsentieren, doch leider muss die Album-Launch-Show aus dem bekannten Grund abgesagt werden. Doch die Post-Hardcore-Band aus St. Albans vor den Toren Londons hat jetzt bestätigt, dass sie dafür im Dezember mit ihrem neuen Material zu uns auf Tour kommt. Noch ist kein Nachholtermin für Hamburg dabei, aber es wird mit Hochdruck daran gearbeitet, auch den Fans in der Hansestadt die volle Breitseite von Enter Shikari zu präsentieren.Für die neue Platte hat Frontmann und Visionär Rou Reynolds die Produktion übernommen und nichts weiter als das bislang größte und aufwändigste Werk der Band geschaffen. Die kompromisslosen Pioniere des Post-Hardcore unterstreichen damit erneut ihre Ausnahmestellung. „Nothing is True & Everything is Possible“ ist ein leuchtender Soundtrack für einneues Jahrzehnt, ein schmerzlicher Kommentar, der dem Zuhörer alles von reinem Pop-Geflirre bis zur sengenden Punkrock-Raserei bietet, von Four-to-the-floor-Beats bis zu wunderschönen orchestralen Kompositionen wie das zweisätzige „Waltzing Off The Face Of The Earth“.. Hier wird der Wahnsinn des modernen Lebens musikalisch greifbar gemacht: „You can’t trust your own eyes / And you only hear lies / Our future’s been denied / And there’s nowhere to hide / Now that nothing is true / And everything is possible.“ Schon immer sind Enter Shikari den entscheidenden Schritt weitergegangen und haben ihren eigenen und originalen Stil entwickelt. Post-Hardcore ist die Grundlage, dazu kommen Ausflüge in die Elektrosounds, Dubstep-oder Drum’n’Bass-Rhythmen. Die rauschenden Gitarrengewitter, verknüpft mit den screamigen Gesangspassagen, elektronischen Elementen und vermehrt auch Synthieklängen ergaben ein ganz eigenes Klang-und Geräuschbild, das den Sound der Band definiert. Bei allen Genre-und Stilwechseln hört man immer sofort: Das ist Enter Shikari, und sie haben wieder die ganze Welt in ihren Songs eingefangen.
